Putting Empathy in Action

This post appealed to me because it demonstrates how readers might put empathy into practice. Individual learning and experiences, for example, must be reinforced by continuous practice and repetition.
Empathy must be experienced. It comes of feeling. It needs to be practiced, not taught. It is the combination of a number of different skills and aptitudes which can be measured only by performance and observation.
