Educators have to consider each student and the way that they learn. They then create lesson plans that help each student succeed. This also improves student teacher relationships when the student sees what they can accomplish.
Educators must take every student into consideration and know how they must change how they teach in order for the student to retain info. The relationship between teacher and student is extremely important in order to help the student feel safe enough to learn and understand the work.
Shifting or altering your instructional approach allows students to further develop their learning. This student centered approach helps students apply their learning to real world situations.
The relationship a teacher has with their students is very important. It helps the students feel welcomed and wanted. It is also important for a teacher to teach, but not tell the students all the answers.
A student-centered approach where the teacher still facilitates learning but gives the student more freedom in their learning helps the student uncover their knowledge.
To improve deeper learning we want to get students to a place where they can develop learning competencies requiring a shift in instructional and learning practices.
Teacher student relationships are very important. Students engage, and feel more comfortable in a classroom when they know the teacher cares, engages, and see each of their students as their own individual. It is important to know every students needs, and to find ways to help them.

Teachers often fall back on the easiest approach which is talking at students and not truly having a discussion. By doing this you lose valuable insight to the students thinking process and ideas but you are also showing them that what they have to say is not important.

This article is telling me how important it is for students and teachers to have a relationship because if a student trust you, they will be more open to talk and and know that you want the best for them
I think this article shines a light on just how important that relationship between the students and teachers really is.
After reading this article I realized how important a student-teacher relationship is. It affects how well a student is learning and process information that is taught to them. Having a meaningful connection with the students in and out of the classroom can improve this relationship.
the article was great it talked about how the environment is what creates good learning because if there is a positive environment they still will be more likely to do netter and you can see change.
One thing about the teaching profession is that they are built off of student-teacher relationships. Teachers will not have the best relationship with every student as that is how society works but we need to work towards having some type of connection with the students in the class. The article is about having those connections as well which is an important factor in student relationships.
I enjoyed reading this article because it discusses how a teacher and students must have a connection for a good learning environment. If there is a connection, the educator will build and provide methods that work best for each student.
this article is great because it talks about my favorite part of being a teacher and that is to embrace to connection a student and a teacher can have a build off that to make sure your students are learning the most they can
I enjoyed this article because I feel personally that teaching should be centered around the way the student learns and not how the teacher wants to teach the subject. Especially as someone who always had to reteach themselves subjects growing up because I knew how to learn but my teachers didn't cater to my needs.
I think that future educators need to be taught how to adapt and teach in this age of technology in classrooms. Challenging students in real ways that they might encounter once they graduate is an important part of deeper learning.
I really like this article! I personally like teaching to be more student-centered rather than teacher-centered. I personally feel as if I learn better in those kinds of learning environments. I also think it is important to give students the ability to do their own research and experiments as well.
This article is great! It speaks on how when you encourage deep learning, and then you explain to students and show them real situations it can help them in future situations to prepare them for the real world situations they will come across. We can show students the ins and outs of the classroom.
I really enjoyed this article because it shows the impact and responsibility that educators hold beyond the classroom. What we give our students in the classroom should help them grow both inside and out of the school system.
The students have to learn in the classroom but it doesn't stop there. Students have to be given the opportunity to explore the content themselves. The teacher isn't just responsible for the student's success in the classroom but the student's life as well.
I really like this document because it shows that the teacher or professor not only has to help the student to succeed in the course they are currently taking, but also their career and help them achieve their goals
I think this document makes a great point about how educators must embrace a student's centered approach where they facilitate student learning. The most important thing for educators is to make sure your class is student-centered and that they are the priority. Students need to have opportunities to explore the concepts in his/her own way.
Students who are able to learn through themselves can have positive learning development because it shows that they can interpret the topic in his/her own way.
The content that we teach has to have the reliability factor, otherwise students won't be able to connect to it or make connections that allow them to learn deeply. However, that isn't the only factor that allows students to learn deeply and there are more than just educators that are held responsible for the need for students to make their own connections and learn deeply.
Having the student look at topics themselves will have a bigger impact with how they interpret the topic. Having a discussion is great but maybe go beyond and have the students do some deeper learning.
Learning has to be done by the students in the classroom. In some cases, you have to give students the opportunities to explore the concept themselves.
The learning must be done by the students themselves. So, in some cases, instead of explicitly teaching a concept we may give students opportunities to explore the concept themselves to resolve a problem before explicitly teaching the answer or the process to getting an answer.

Actions such as accountability, assessment, Human Capital Development, and use of time, all play a part in helping students succeed!
I believe that Accountability, Assessments, Human capital Development, and Use of time are very important factors to deep learning. They each bring out the growth of students but also ways in which they can all be assessed. The states and districts also take a big role in these four concepts.
Accountability is a big investment when it comes to achieving deeper learning within the classroom.
One of the major factors I noticed when reviewing these practices towards deeper learning is the relationships between the classroom and the real-world. We, as educators, can "partner with employers or other organizations to develop learning activities," or establish collaborative assignments.
I definitely agree with the proposals made in this session. It is very difficult to foster deep learning with the existing school structure. The lack of flexibility in most schools, at least in my country, is one of the main obstacles. Teachers are all the time pressed to finish a long list of set contents that must be completely covered at least in a superficial way because the important thing is to tackle them all. As opposed to what is suggested here, connections with people beyond the school walls can be regarded as threatening by some school authorities. It seems that they do not realize that schools should be enriched by the community and by the experts outside schools and apart from that, we should prepare students for the real world. Assessment is another keypoint. If we think in different ways of teaching ofr a new digital age, we should also think in alternative ways of assessment.
