I think P21's Frameworks for 21st Century Learning is a great thing for educators because it is used by hundreds of other educators and you are able to see how things are working for them and compare to yourself.

It is amazing that the education system is going to this extent to provide adequate education to students in this day and age. We are not going off of the expectations of previous generations we are set in the here and now. What do we need now and how can we get it in the future? You cannot expect these things out of students if you are not willing to adjust to current standards because the world is constantly changing whether you like it or not.
